Biography:  Nino Lomjaria holds LLM degree in US Law from Washington University in St. Louis (2011) and Masters Degree in Law from Tbilisi state University (2006). She has served as an executive director of Georgian non-governmental organization - International Society for Fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) since 2011. Since February 2015 Ms. Lomjaria also holds the position of a Secretary General of international election observer organization – European Network of Election observer organizations (ENEMO), which consists of 22 organizations from 17 countries.  Also she is a board member of European Platform of Democratic Elections (EPDE).

In 2004-2008 she also worked on good governance and human rights issues at Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA).  In 2008-2010 Ms. Lomjaria worked for (GYLA) as a manager of projects related to election observation, voter education and civic engagement in decision making process. In 2010 she worked as a research assistant of a law professor from Washington University in St. Louis.

Ms. Lomjaria is an author of 15 reports on election monitoring, access to information, freedom of media and anti-corruption issues.
