Position: Founder of the Society for Positive Changes; Associated Professor at Georgian Institute of Public Affairs (GIPA); Invited professor at Ilia State University

Research Interests:  Socialization of Gender, Gender in Education, Issues of Gender equality, participation and development, Feminist theory, minorities and diversity issues, conflict resolution and peace building.
