ბიოგრაფია: ლიკა ღლონტი სწავლობდა საქართველოში (მაგისტრატურა) და გერმანიაში (დოქტორანტურა). მიუხედავად იმისა, რომ ფორმალური განათლება ნეირომეცნიერების სფეროში აქვს მიღებული, ბოლო თექვსმეტი წელია მუშაობს განათლების პოლიტიკის საკითხებზე. მონაწილეობდა მრავალ გამოყენებით კვლევაში უმაღლესი, პროფესიული და ზრდასრულთა განათლების საკითხებზე, ჩართული იყო საკანონმდებლო და სტრატეგიული დოკუმენტების, ასევე რეფორმის სამოქმედო გეგმების შემუშავებაში.

2009 წლიდან არის Erasmus+ (ყოფილი Tempus) ეროვნული ოფისის კოორდინატორი და პასუხისმგებელია უმაღლესი განათლების სფეროში საქართველოსა და ევროკავშირს შორის თანამშრომლობის მხარდაჭერაზე.
