Biography:
Ketevan studied at the Georgian Polytechnic Institute during 1980-1986. In 1988, she began working at the automobile plant in Kutaisi as a design engineer, where she worked for 6 years. In 2008 she moved from Tbilisi to Ozurgeti, village Dvabzu. It was a turning point in her life and soon, she became involved in civil activism. In 2008, together with colleagues, Ketevan created an initiative group. In 2010, NGO "Women For Regional Development" was founded. Ketevan regularly attended training sessions and courses on various topics: school of gender equality, the right of women, domestic violence, leadership lessons, fundraising, advocacy, philanthropy. Since 2008 organization has implemented 15 projects.
