Biography:
Milena was born in Armenia and immigrated to New York City when she was ten years old. She has been returning to Armenia since 2008 and working mainly with women's issues and peace-building across the closed Turkish-Armenian border. She believes strongly that for peace to exist, all sectors of society must be included, especially those who are marginalized.
