Position: Researcher/ Consultant working with national and international organizations; invited lecturer at Tbilisi State University.

Research Interests: Conflict transformation, theory, and practice of conflict resolution, community peacebuilding, peace education, analysis and evaluation of peace policy.

Biography:

Since 2012, Natia works on topics of conflict analysis and peacebuilding. In 2013, she co-founded “Youth Group for Conflict Studies”, in 2014-2015 she was a director of NGO – Cooperation for Peace and Progress. In 2015-2016, Natia studied at The University of Manchester. In 2017-2018, she worked at a national NGO – Charity Humanitarian Centre “Abkhazeti” and taught Peace Policy Analysis at Tbilisi State University. Since January 2019, Natia works as an independent researcher and consultant with different NGOs – Charity Humanitarian Center “Abkhazeti”, Institute of the Study of Nationalism and Conflicts, Heinrich Boell Foundation Tbilisi Office, Levan Mikeladze Foundation, other national and international organizations. She works on research projects, provides trainings and lectures on conflict analysis, transformation and peacebuilding.
