Meko works at the Embassy of Japan in the field of Official Development Assistance (ODA) and Economic Cooperation. In 2020-2023, she was a consultant of the Embassy's Human Security Grant Program (GGP).



In 2016-2018, she worked at the Georgian Young Lawyers' Association (GYLA) in the areas of good governance, migration and development. She has cooperated with the International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Serbia.



Meko holds an MSc degree in International Development and Management from Lund University (Sweden). Her main interests are sustainable development, human rights and security, migration and gender.
