Biography:
In 2003 Tamara graduated from the Tbilisi State University, faculty of Law. During 2004-2010 she worked as a program coordinator for the freedom of information and anticorruption programs at the Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA). During 2007-2009 she Delivered lectures on Human Rights Academy of Ministry of Interior of Georgia. During 2010-2011 Tamara gained Master of Law degree from the College of William and Mary-ში, Virginia, USA. During the same years she worked as an intern in the following oprganizations: The National Security Archive and Sunlight Foundation, Washington, USA. Since 2012 Tamara is board member of the International Society for fair Elections and Democracy (ISFED) and Georgian Young Lawyers’ Association (GYLA). Currently, Tamara is working as an independent consultant in Georgia and abroad in the spheres of Human Rights and elections. She also delivers lectures at the School of Law, Ilia State University. Since 2013 Tamara is blogging for the Radio Liberty.
