Biography:

She has been working for UN Women and the Office of Public Defender of Georgia for 7 years. She holds the TOT status and provides trainings for the practicing lawyers in the framework of European Union and Council of Europe joint initiative ‘Empowerment of Lawyers Capacity for Useof European Convention on Human Rights and European (revised) Social Charter on National Level’. She has authored several human rights monitoring reports and publications on the rights of women, disability and children. Currently, she holds the position of the head of the NGO - “Partnership for Human Rights”– PHR.

2014 - Co-author of the research “Needs Assessment –Discrimination of Minority Women in Labour Relations”.

2014 - Co-author of the research  “Analysis of Georgian Labour Legislation – Gender-based discrimination in the workplace and its legal implications".

2012 - Author, “The right to children's healthcare". The publication was prepared with support of “Welfare Foundation” in the framework of the project “My Rights, My Voice” funded by SIDA and Oxfam International. Edited by: Miranda Akhvlediani.
