Ali Malikov is an LGBTQ+ activist, co-founder of “Qıy vaar!” and co-founder of one of the biggest feminist platforms in Azerbaijan “Femkulis”. Their activities cover LGBTQ+ and women's rights issues. In 2020 QueeRadar awarded Ali the Queer Blogger of the Year. In addition, they participate in organizing different community-building events, discussions, and trainings. They were also one of the speakers at the first press conference on Pride month in the Azerbaijan.
