Nvard V. Manasian has worked for the Government and international organizations managing projects and engaging in policy advisory development processes. Since 2007, she has been teaching at higher education institutions and has established a center for quality assurance in one of the universities in the country.  In 2009 she joined the group of TEMPUS Higher Education Reform Experts. Her research interests are in higher education policy and gender issues in education.  Nvard Manasian is a Board Member of Armenia Education Foundation that grants scholarships to students of Armenian descent.  Nvard Manasian has graduated from the Engineering University of Armenia and holds two MA degrees from American universities. She is a member of a Social Democratic Party.
