Ruzanna Tsaturyan is a researcher at the Institute of Archeology and Ethnography of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia. Her research interests are around anthropology of food, cultural heritage, women and identity studies. Back in 2011 Ruzanna has received Boell’s Foundation research scholarship for "Food, Politics - Conflict" project. This project aimed at discussing the culinary wars in the context of the Artsakh conflict and national identity, further inspires Ruzanna to continue her research on the links of food and politics, ideology, women emancipation and food policy from anthropological angles.
