Sevinj Samadzade is a PhD researcher at Ghent University specializing in feminist geopolitics, with a focus on the intersection of geopolitics and social reproduction, particularly in relation to women's social welfare in Georgia. Sevinj holds a master’s degree in Middle East, Caucasus, and Central Asian Security Studies from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland. With over a decade of experience in civil society and scholarly work across Azerbaijan and Georgia, her work delves into the gender, peace, and security nexus of conflicts in the Post-Soviet region.
