Etuna Nogaideli joined the South Caucasus Regional Office of the Heinrich Boell Foundation in 2013. She has graduated from the Central European University Budapest, Hungary in 2012 and holds the Master of Arts degree in Gender Studies. During 2012-13 she has worked as a research analyst on a variety of projects in the fields of gender, public policy and economic development. Since Autumn 2013, she delivers classes at the interdisciplinary MA program of Gender Studies at the Tbilisi State University. Meanwhile, she constantly participates in several volunteer activities organized in support of gender equality and minority rights.
